Details:长城类别：关堡经纬高度：东经：117° 17′ 北纬：41° 43′ 海拔：949 总体情况：西庙宫下土城子城址位于隆化县步古沟镇下土城村西端。城址破坏严重。北依步滦公路及村庄。南约100米为季节河。西约20米为步滦公路。城址住有居民，大部已辟为耕地，步滦公路破坏城址北墙。南墙（早年水毁）、东墙不存。西墙残存一小段，且较� 城址北墙保存较好段落墙高0.6米--1.5米，底宽5米。西墙残存约85米，仅为略高于地表的土埠。城址西北角筑有烽火台一座，编号：下土城子烽火台（地理坐标：N41°43′16.5″E117°17′42.5″海拔高度：955米），黄土夯筑，保存一般。城址现存有一定数量的战汉时期陶片。据当地群众介绍城址中曾出土三棱形铜镞等器物。城址座落于南北向沟谷中两条大路交汇处，位置重要，有烽燧相通。相关遗迹：无附近遗存：城址西约1.1米有敖包沟门烽火台。
